نذیر الدین احمد
Every archive has a keeper. This one has two: the biographer who spent four decades collecting one life, and the doctor across the world who put it online for the next generation.
PDFs, recordings & videos open on the original archiveA renowned historian of Bahadur Yar Jung's life, Nazeer Uddin Ahmed devoted some forty years to collecting and preserving everything connected to Quaid-e-Millat — producing around twenty books on his life. Without this labour of decades, most of what this archive holds would have been lost to time.
A pediatrician settled in Minnesota, Dr. Hyder Khan first heard of Bahadur Yar Jung as a schoolboy in Hyderabad and carried that inspiration across the world. Finding the literature scattered and hard to reach, he founded this website with the biographer's help — so the present generation could meet the legend for themselves.
In the biographer's words: living nations do not wrap the deeds of their elders in the shroud of the past — they strive to introduce them to the generations to come. The archive also invites contributions: anyone holding material from his life or era may submit it, to be published after verification of its authenticity.
